Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (Neighborhood) is proud to support ALS United Rhode Island.
We are excited to be hosting "the CEO Challenge" this year. This is one of our signature annual events, and it is especially important to our 30th Anniversary celebration.
Employees are the heart and soul of Neighborhood, and they always come through when there's a strong cause to rally around. It's through our community spirit and amazing generosity we have raised awareness about ALS and significant funds for our community partner - ALS United, Rhode Island.

The CEO Challenge is ALS United RI's biggest annual fundraiser. This fun corporate event has made a splash within the community every summer throughout RI! Inspired by the viral 2014 Ice Bucket Challenge, the CEO Challenge motivates community leaders to take the challenge to help us support patients and families in RI living with this debilitating disease.
ALS United Rhode Island rebranded in January 2024 to better serve our community. We have a new name, but our mission and commitment to the local ALS community has never been stronger. Through our multidisciplinary clinic, medical equipment loan program, home modification program, support, and other care services, we are committed to supporting patients and families affected by ALS in Rhode Island.
ALS United RI relies on community support to provide these critical resources to the ALS community.
